Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

Mud Dogs Adventure Co operates an online, direct-fulfilment model. An approved fulfilment partner may dispatch an order directly to you, but Mud Dogs Adventure Co remains responsible for your order and customer service.

We only accept orders for destinations and delivery methods made available at checkout. Charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before payment and, where relevant, on the product page. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Tracking will be supplied when available. Please check your delivery address before ordering. If an order is late, damaged, incomplete or marked delivered but cannot be found, email zacharysgardner@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may normally cancel from the time the order is placed until 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Email us with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct instructions and address. Do not return goods to a manufacturer or supplier unless we specifically direct you to do so.

You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary causes a loss in value.

Refunds

We will issue an eligible refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge, but not an additional amount paid for enhanced delivery. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with photographs and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
