About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Mud Dogs Adventure Co online store or purchase goods from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase.

Products and prices

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges are shown before payment.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment made.

Direct fulfilment

An approved third-party fulfilment partner may dispatch goods directly to you. Mud Dogs Adventure Co remains the seller responsible for the order, customer support, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation of the store, or use its content unlawfully.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
